I can’t express enough positive things about CE Commercial Kitchen Cleaning. They truly are the best. I was thrilled to discover them while looking for a company to conduct a thorough deep clean of our frequently used church kitchen. They promptly came out to perform a detailed assessment of the kitchen. They provided a very competitive estimate for the job, which encompassed all the kitchen appliances – a commercial stove, convection ovens, a commercial refrigerator, freezer, walls, floors, prep tables, and the hood – both inside and on the roof – everything. Once we found a suitable spot on their schedule, they arrived as planned, precisely on time, fully equipped and ready to get straight to work. The job was expected to take up to three days, but fortunately, the weather was favorable, enabling them to finish everything in just two days.

Our church (University Park Church of the Brethren) purchased a Vulcan 10 burner/2 oven stove just over two years ago. It is not used very often, but wasn’t cleaned properly after each use. As a result, the food was burned onto the surfaces and began to look messy. I attempted to clean it myself, but had no success. I contacted Calamus Enterprises via email and explained our situation, providing pictures of the stove/oven’s condition. I received prompt responses to every email inquiry and was provided with a reasonable quote tailored to our specific situation. When we decided to proceed, we were scheduled within three days.
Mike Calamus and his assistant arrived precisely on time to start their work. They finished on schedule and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. The stove was thoroughly steam-cleaned, top to bottom and inside out, and its stainless steel surfaces were polished on the outside. During the cleaning process, Mike demonstrated the cleaning products to use for basic cleaning and showed me how to clean the various parts. We will certainly do a better job with basic cleaning ourselves. Still, we plan to have Calamus return once a year for a thorough cleaning and an extensive cleaning of all the cast iron components, which require more specialized expertise and equipment. Calamus documented the cleaning process for training purposes and provided it to us to help illustrate how to perform basic cleaning.
I strongly recommend this company for its superb service quality, timely responses, and integrity.
